Each Month I get the chance to help women from all over take control of their health and wellness and change their lives!
Whether you want to tighten and tone up, or lose 5 lbs to 100+ lbs, this group is designed for you. In my accountability group you will get 1:1 coaching from me! You don’t have to go at this alone. I understand everyone is different and has different strengths and struggles and it’s my job to help guide you, push you, keep you motivated, accountable and teach you how to make a lifestyle change for good. Will it be easy? No, will it be worth it? Absolutely! You deserve this. You are worth it and you can do this!!!
That all sounds great, but what is an “accountability group”?!

Simple.

It’s a health and fitness accountability group run exclusively for my
clients via our free MY CHALLENGE TRACKER APP.

We focus on:
-30 min workouts per day
-meal planning
-meal prepping
-making better choices to replace your not so great choices from the past

We are NOT:
-perfect
-flawless
-robots
-100% clean eaters

We ARE:
-humans
-humans who have cravings
-humans who just need support from other humans to make it through
this thing we call life
